Trading Terms

All items displayed are done so in good faith with description and images including sizing where appropriate. Any questions regarding packaging or product specifics please give us a call on 03 9763 9330.

Orders are packed strictly in order of receipt. Stock availability changes quickly and if we can't fulfil a certain product we will contact you to discuss. If after 2 unsuccessful contact attempts, we will send the balance of the goods so the order isn't held up.

Any products where there are multiple designs/flavours/colours will be sent with a generally even split between the options. Specific designs/flavours/colours can not be specified. An invoice will accompany all deliveries. We appreciate prompt payment.

Returns Policy

Our product range changes significantly each year so we are unable to take back any change of mind or unsold items. If you believe any products are faulty, please contact us immediately.

This also applies to products damaged in transit, please contact us straight away so we can replace the item or credit.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they are packed. If you would like to make any changes after you order is placed, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make changes if possible.
